Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven and technically skilled Email Marketing Specialist to build and scale our B2B outbound lead generation engine.
This role requires a strong mix of strategy and execution with deep expertise in cold email campaigns, email deliverability and outbound pipeline generation. You will own the end-to-end outbound email system, from targeting and messaging to inbox placement, sender reputation and conversion into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns targeting B2B prospects.
- Create personalized, high-converting email copy and multi-step outreach sequences to drive replies and meetings.
- Set up and manage outbound email infrastructure, including IP warming, sender reputation, and domain health.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and maintain email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Ensure email list hygiene, segmentation, and database accuracy.
- Track and improve key performance metrics, including open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and outreach cadence to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results and use insights to continuously refine outbound strategy, lead quality, and revenue impact.
- Integrate email campaigns with CRM systems for tracking, automation, and follow-up workflows.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Requirement
- 3–4 years of experience in email marketing, outbound marketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Proven experience managing cold email campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability, sender reputation, and spam filters.
- Hands-on experience with IP warming, domain setup, and inbox optimization.
- Experience with Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailgun, SendGrid, or similar tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management workflows.
- Basic knowledge of SMTP, APIs, webhooks, or HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
